• Authenticity & Warranty: We sell genuine consumer electronics, mobile accessories, and gadgets with official manufacturer or distributor warranties where indicated.
• Pricing in BDT: All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and represent the current selling price. Promotional and flash sale discounts are valid only during stated offer periods.
• Stock Accuracy: While we endeavor to maintain real-time inventory balances across our outlets and online store, product availability may occasionally change. If an ordered item is unavailable or subject to pre-order delays, our support team will promptly notify you.

3. Orders, Payment & Security

• Payment Methods: We accept online payments (bKash, Nagad, debit/credit cards through authorized gateways) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
• Secure Transactions: All personal and payment transactions are transmitted over secure SSL (HTTPS) encryption. We do not store sensitive payment card details or wallet PINs on our servers.
• Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery and high-value orders, we may require SMS/OTP or phone confirmation prior to parcel handover to couriers.

4. Shipping & Nationwide Delivery

We fulfill orders through trusted nationwide courier partners (such as Steadfast, Pathao, and RedX). Delivery charges and transit timeframes are transparently presented at checkout:

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery fee of ৳60 (typically 24–48 hours).
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery fee of ৳120 (typically 2–4 business days).
• In-store collection is available at our Uttara showroom during standard business hours.
