To create an account:
- Visit our website xaxisdigitalllc.com
- Click on the ‘Register’ button (top right on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)
- Fill in your Name, Email, and Password
- Click ‘Create an Account’ — you're done!
How can I deactivate or delete my account?
Currently, users cannot delete or deactivate their account manually.
If you wish to request deactivation, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
How can I update or add a new address?
To update or add an address:
- Log in and go to ‘My Account’
- Select the ‘Address’ section
- Click ‘Add New’ to enter your new address details
- Fill out the form and click ‘Save Address’
- You can also delete or edit existing addresses from this section
How do I track an order?
After placing an order, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your package through the courier’s website or our tracking system.
